Our Story
The idea for Alergen was created by a career food safety professional with science and business education and a passion for entrepreneurship. Alergen is striving to grow and succeed in a world where food safety has not always kept up with technology. In contrast, we are seeking to provide an opportunity to be proactive when it comes to food safety while remaining on the cutting edge of innovation and technology.
Food producers large and small, throughout the entire supply chain, from ingredient manufacturers, to processing facilities, to point of sale outlets such as stores, shops and boutiques can all benefit from our system. Food allergens are a serious concern with severe health risks and recalls due to undeclared allergens can also have great economic and brand image consequences. We are here to help mitigate those risks.
